Dar Mhania Lelassala was founded by Moufida Sliti in El Krib, Siliana in 2017. This cooperative has 20 active members, all trained in distillation and soap making. Dar Mhania Lelassala makes essential oils, floral waters and dried herbs from 6 varieties of MAPs: lentiscus (mastic), rosemary, myrtle, mint, pennyroyal, and verbena. They expanded their offering to ready-made traditional dishes and artisanal cheese.

Gaafour, Siliana
Vita cooperative was founded in 2017 by Sana Jbali in Gaafour, Siliana, and has 7 trained female members in distillation. Vita produces essential oils, floral waters, and dried herbs from 6 varieties of MAPs: lentiscus (mastic), rosemary, thyme, myrtle, lavender, and juniper. This cooperative also makes natural cosmetics such as creams and soaps, and other local products such as natural jam.

Mabrouka Athemni is an expert in distillation and volunteered to train members of other Wiki PAM cooperatives so they could obtain the “Artisan Professional Card”, which gave them access to financing.
El Baraka produces mainly vegetable oils, essential oils and floral waters with 8 different varieties of MAPs: lentiscus (mastic), rosemary, thyme, laurel, lemon balm, peppermint, eucalyptus and myrtle. This cooperative also makes creams and soaps enriched with essential oils.
